Tennis Racket Demo Program

How the tennis racket demoing works:

1. We will charge deposit for the racket price and demo fee prior to demoing

2. Demo fee of $30 for 1 week (7 days). Each additional day will be extra $5.

3. During the week, you may try up to 3 rackets (based on availability)

4. To demo another racket within 7 days, return the current racket for a deposit refund; a new deposit will be charged unless the racket price is the same as the current one borrowed.

5. Upon return, we will refund deposit in full*

*Policies and Conditions*

• Racket must be returned in the same condition as it was before borrowing. 

• In the event where the item’s condition has deteriorated* Yumo Pro Shop holds the rights to not issue a refund.

• Examples of deterioration include, but not limited to, cracks and handle breakages.

• If the racket is not returned within 14 days there will be no refunds. No exceptions. 

• If you chose to buy the racket model(s) you demoed or a racket above $200, we will credit to you the demo fee of $30
