How badminton racket demoing works:
1. Once you have chosen a racket among our availabilities, a full deposit for it will be charged.
2. A starting fee of $15 for 3 days and additional $5 per extra day.
3. Once the racket is returned, we will issue a refund for the full deposit*. The fee will then be charged based on days lent out.
Example: The racket is $300. We charge you $300 on Monday. You come back Thursday, which is 4 days (Monday-Thursday). We refund $300 and charge you $20 plus tax afterwards.
*Policies and Conditions*
- Only 1 racket may be demoed at a time.
- Racket must be returned not cracked and no signs of detrimental damage that makes racket unusable. For instance, no sounds coming from the frame.
- In the event where the racket is cracked or deemed broken, Yumo Pro Shop holds the rights to not refund.
- Examples of "broken" includes, but not limited to, cracks and sounds coming from the frame.
- If the racket is not returned within 14 days there will be no refunds. No exceptions.
- If you chose to buy the racket model you demoed or another model that is above $200, we will waive the $15 starting fee.
