Can I come in as soon as I order?
Please wait for your pickup email. Orders usually take 2 to 4 days and are processed in the order received.
What if I need my order by a certain date?
Contact us before you order and we'll check whether your items are in store and ready.
What about pre-orders or items out of stock?
Pre-order and restock items can take longer. Our team will email you with the expected timing.
How long will you hold my order?
We hold paid orders for 3 months. After that, items go back on sale and the amount you paid becomes store credit. Need more time? Email shop@yumo.ca.
Do rackets come strung?
Choose your stringing options on the product page. Stringing can add time to your order, so watch for your pickup email.
What's your return policy?
Unused regular-price items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days for store credit. Sale and clearance items are final sale, and so are shuttles, accessories and rackets strung by Yumo. See our full Return & Warranty Policy.
